If you struggle with depression, anxiety, and difficulty with your self-esteem and self-confidence. This one-on-one course is for you.
I am trained in mental health and have several years experience working with people struggling with depression and anxiety. I will teach you how to find balance in your daily living and step into your day with confidence and direction. This is done by using psychological theory and spiritual concepts to delve into your personal strengths. I use behaviorist psychology to debunk myths and negative beliefs about yourself so you can recognize your true power.
